Founder and chief visionary, with extensive experience in Kuwaiti law and a license to practice before all national courts. He holds a PhD in Finance Law from Durham University (UK), an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, and an LLB from Kuwait University.
He leads high-impact programs in governance, institutional development, and legal education for public and private sector clients across Kuwait and the GCC. Dr. Alkhateeb is a certified trainer in Brian Tracy Solutions Programs and ISO standards. He also serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Kuwait International Law School (KILAW) and has contributed to national legislative committees and served as an advisor to the Minister of Finance.

Dr. Ali Ibrahim holds a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Stanford University (2019), and is a consultant specializing in business growth, partnership development, and organizational performance.
As Business Development Manager at Taher Group for Training, Dr. Ali spearheads client relations, strategic alliances, and the expansion of consulting programs across the corporate and governmental sectors.
Dr. Ali possesses a professional foundation built on over 27 years of practical experience as a Performance Development Consultant and Administrative Manager. He focuses his work on accurately analyzing training needs, and designing and implementing developmental programs that are measurable, deliver sustainable value, and achieve a tangible return for clients.
